[PENANG] Stationery lovers will have to visit this stationery store in Penang, with an aesthetically-pleasing interior decked in wood and white tones.
The centre area caught my attention, with sunlight shining through the sunroof above, surrounded by huge mirrors and a curved bench with everything on display.
From writing materials to notebooks, gift cards, magnets, apparels, you might even find the perfect gift here to bring back to your family and close friends.
Head over to the rear end of the compound through the archway and you will be delighted find a cafe designed in the same white and brown aesthetics.
It’s a nice place to chill and relax within the compound with tall ceilings and natural sunlight shining through the glass windows.
The menu features a small selection of All Day Breakfast (RM 18 – 28, SGD 6 – 9), Sandwiches (RM 20 – 25, SGD 6.50 – 8), Pasta (RM 25 – 28, SGD 8 – 9) and Coffee (RM 8 – 14, SGD 2.50 – 4.50).
I decided to go with their Hojicha Burnt Cheesecake (RM 18, SGD 6) on display.
The Hojicha Burnt Cheesecake was pretty much what I had expected, moist and creamy texture, with very distinctive tea aroma and taste.
Here at P.66, they also serve their in-house Specialty drinks such as Dirty Matcha (RM 16, SGD 5.20), Peanut Biscoff Latte (RM 16, SGD 5.20),, White Passion (RM 18, SGD 6), Espresso Tonic (RM 14, SGD 4.50) and Sparkling Special (RM 14, SGD 4.50).
The Dirty Matcha (RM 16, SGD 5.20) comes in distinctive layers of matcha, fresh milk and espresso shot, that was well balanced and not overly sweet.
An ideal drink to sip on while immersing in this chill and relaxing space.
The Espresso Tonic (RM 14, SGD 4.50) comes with a layer of foam on top, and orange juice beneath has citrusy and acidic notes that is pretty refreshing for Penang’s hot climate.
