Sixory Coffee is one of those Phuket Town cafés that I randomly visited, and found myself liking it more than expected.
The shop describes itself as “Introvert Specialty Coffee”, and I liked that it did not feel like it was trying too hard.
The interior is clean and simple, with a bright counter area, coffee equipment, beans on display and seats facing the street.
There is still enough natural light for photos, but the mood feels more like a slow coffee stop.
And yes, it was quiet when I visited.
The main coffee menu includes Americano (THB 80), Double Espresso (THB 80), On The Rock (THB 80), Mocha (THB 95), Thai Espresso (THB 95), Latte (THB 90), Piccolo (THB 90), Cortado (THB 90) and Dirty (THB 150).
What I liked most was how organised the coffee menu felt.
You can choose by roast level, acidity, body and tasting notes, with bean profiles such as Peaky, Mozart Harmony, Bloom Geisha, Melora and Moonlight.
Some lean towards butterscotch, vanilla and rum, while others are more floral, fruity or tea-like, with notes such as orange, peach and Japanese melon.
With the aroma bottles and tasting cards at the counter, it also has that slow bar feel, especially with the hand-brew and seasonal bean options.
The Latte I ordered was mellow and nutty, with a mild chocolate note coming through under the milk.
The Iced Black was the more preferred cup for me, with a cleaner finish and brighter lift that became more noticeable after a few sips.
There are some simple bakes too, including cookies such as White Chocolate Macadamia, Double Dark Milk Chocolate and Classic Chocolate Chip (THB 75).
Sixory was one of the coffee stops I enjoyed more, partly because it felt relaxed and less gimmicky, with a genuine focus on delivering a good cup of coffee.
