Masak Lemak Turkey Stuffed with Lemongrass Pandan Leaf ($128, $136.96 with GST)
A centre-piece of a roast turkey is a must-have for the festive table. This festive-exclusive Masak Lemak Turkey (est 4kg) is an East-meets-West creation inspired by our neighboring country, Malaysia.

Marinated with lemongrass, turmeric powder, coconut cream and chilli padi, you get that rich, colourful Asian flavour that would be a family favourite.

The “lemak” refers to the creaminess of the coconut cream, and you get that fragrance and the richness, accompanied by the robust flavours from the spices.

The citrus notes of the lemongrass cut through the richness by adding a refreshing touch.

To complete the meal, you will notice the familiar ingredients of the local favourite Nasi Lemak.

Served alongside are items such as peanuts, sambal egg, cucumber, ikan bilis, sliced tomatoes, otah fish cake, pandan rice and addictive chili sauce, for that comforting feeling of home.

For other roast turkey choices, also available is the Classic Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing ($98.80, $105.72 with GST) accompanied with cranberry jelly and jus.

What’s Christmas without a Shepherd’s Pie?

One of the more interesting Shepherd’s pies I had come across, this comes topped with a layer of purple sweet potato mash & yellow parmesan dust on the surface that makes it look more appetising.

Cooked the classic casserole-style by baking in the oven, the pie is lined with minced chicken, flavoured with creamy mushroom sauce.

Dig into it to get an indulgent combination of the creamy Chicken Stroganoff and fluffy purple sweet potato mash.

Salmon Wellington ($89.80, $96.09 with GST)
Not just one, but three options of Wellington.

For something more classic, there is the Beef Wellington ($88.80, $95.02 with GST) which comes in a golden-yellow buttery puff pastry.

Cut within and you will find succulent beef tenderloin, wrapped with mushroom duxelles and served with garden greens and jus.

If you prefer a seafood as an alternative option, the Salmon Wellington is a good choice. Encased within the crispy and buttery puff pastry is a huge slab of pink, tender salmon loin with sauteed spinach.

This savoury dish of seasoned salmon is placed on a bed of sautéed spinach and wrapped into puff pastry dough, brushed with egg wash to give it a nice glistening crust before baking it in the oven.

Served with garden greens & lemon caper cream – which is similar to the tartar sauce that we are familiar with.

For meat-free lovers, there is also the Spinach & Mushroom Puff Pastry ($78.80, $84.32 with GST) available.

Chunky Purple Sweet Potato Mash ($15, $16.05 with GST)
No mains would be complete without tasty sides. The Neo Garden Christmas Wanderlust menu presents choices including Grilled Asparagus, Festive Roasted Root Vegetables, Summer Grilled Corn Salad, Classic Herb Roasted Duo Potato with Garlic Confit, Truffle Pommes Puree and more.

These dishes are recommended for 5 to 8 guests.

Go for the Chunky Purple Sweet Potato Mash, which presents a lovely lilac hue due to the purple sweet potato chunks embedded within the creamy potato mash with aromatic jus.

Pulut Hitam Logcake w Gula Melaka Cream Brulee ($88.80 for 1kg, $95.02 with GST)
A pretty wintery-looking log cake, coated with a rich velvety layer of light purple Pulut Hitam fresh cream on the surface.

The soft, buttery, moist and chunky log cake comes with rich pulut hitam pudding sandwiched between the layers, topped with purple macarons to complete the look.

There was a pleasant combination of textures from the crunchy desiccated coconut on the surface to the chewy Pulut Hitam in between the soft sponge cake.

The sweetness was on point, with a light hint of palm sugar that elevated the overall taste.

Other logcake choices include the Valrhona Chocolate Yuzu Cake, Matcha Raspberry with Passionfruit Curd, Chocolate Ganache Fudge Yule Log.

Chocolate Banana Pudding ($38.80, $41.52 with GST)
Other than logcakes, consider having the Salted Caramel Bread & Butter Pudding or Chocolate Banana Pudding.

The Chocolate Banana Pudding is a well-loved festive favourite with rich chocolate brownies embedded within the soft banana pudding.

Topped with an assortment of dried apricot, almonds, pistachio and walnut for the additional textures in contrast to the soft and chewy chocolate banana pudding beneath.
