United Square Shopping Mall #B1-09 & 64/65
Opening Hours: 11am – 3pm Last order 2:30pm, 5pm – 10pm Last order 9:30pm (Mon – Sun)

Duckland is a ‘farm to fork’ casual-dining concept featuring fresh premium ducks sourced from Silver Hill Farm, Ireland.

Known as the Wagyu of Ducks, these Irish ducks are highlighted as key ingredients in Duckland’s delicacies, including appetisers and entrees.

Recommended signature dish Roast Irish Duck ($30 for half, $58 for whole) is massaged with herbs, spices, and wine before roasting, and therefore yields a beautiful crisp amber skin while the meat has locked in its juices.

Enhancing its duck-cadent flavour are spicy, tangy and sweet notes from the accompanying calamansi chili, yellow mustard, and raspberry sauce.

The Crispy Aromatic Duck ($32 for half) is just as popular with its meat and skin generously marinated in spices. Steamed until fork-tender, the duck is cooked further by deep-frying in hot oil to achieve that crisp golden brown skin.

Make your own duck wrap by wrapping the meat with julienned cucumbers in thin pancakes. Dab your wrap in a delectable sauce, then pop into your mouth.

Other recommended dishes include Duck Confit & Waffle, Duck Fried Rice, Duck Pie and Spaghetti Duck Bolognese, and bar fare of Crisp-Fried Duck Wing Sticks.
