Brewerkz
The Woodleigh Mall #02-20/20A
The new Brewerkz offers a unique dining experience with its stunning location at The Woodleigh Mall, perched on the link bridge and overlooking the upcoming Alkaff Lake.
The contemporary and modern design-driven interiors make it a perfect spot for a casual meal, date or a celebratory occasion.
What’s good to know is that this Brewerkz outlet will soon be offering all-day dining from 8am for the early risers, with a breakfast menu served from the time they open until 11:30am.
Other than that, the menu features the best of Brewerkz along with several specially created dishes to delight the taste buds.
One of the must-try dishes is the Turmeric French Poulet with an Asian twist. This half chicken is marinated in local herbs and coconut milk, served with cilantro rice, sambal, and condiments, making it a sumptuous blend of spicy-savoury flavours.
The Stuffed Berkshire Pork Rack is another dish to impress, featuring Jamon-wrapped asparagus (that adds a salty flavour that pairs well with the tender pork) along with lemon mustard sauce and five onion chutney for some sweet-tanginess.
Bulgogi Syo
The Woodleigh Mall #01-33/34
Bulgogi Syo, the first 3-Step Hotstone Grill Concept from Korea, has opened its doors at The Woodleigh Mall.
At Bulgogi Syo, they have developed a unique three-step process for preparing meats that ensures maximum flavour and tenderness.
First, the meats are seared on large hotstone pans imported from Korea to seal in the juices and flavor. Next, their Fire Masters use a larger-than-life blowtorch aka “Fire Blaster” capable of delivering temperatures of up to 1,400 degrees to give the meats that beautiful char and colour.
Finally, their Syo Specials are flambéed right at your tableside for that show and aroma – keep your handphone cameras ready.
I would recommend one of the Syo Specials, a complete meal which also comes with a bowl of seaweed rice.
Options for the Syo Specials include Angus Beef Tenderloin, a buttery and delicate lean meat that is a must-try for beef lovers; Pork Baby Back Ribs, sous vide juicy baby back ribs served with their very own Gochujang sauce.
Or get the Duroc Pork Belly, a tantalising combination of pork and fat in either Apple Hangari or Spicy Jeyuk sauce for an unforgettable dining experience.
