The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026 has just been announced. This marks the tenth edition of the guide in Singapore, a decade after it first arrived in 2016.
Compared to last year, the 2026 results have more movement at the top, with one restaurant entering directly with Two MICHELIN Stars and another promoted from one to two.
A total of 307 establishments are featured this year. Three restaurants hold Three MICHELIN Stars, nine have Two MICHELIN Stars, and 33 have One MICHELIN Star.
There are also 97 Bib Gourmand establishments and 165 MICHELIN Selected establishments.
Les Amis, Odette and Zén continue to retain Three MICHELIN Stars, with no changes to Singapore’s highest category.
One of the biggest announcements is 1887 by André, which makes its debut in the guide with Two MICHELIN Stars.
Located within Raffles Hotel Singapore, the restaurant is led by chef André Chiang and presents French classics reworked through a Singapore perspective.
The other major promotion goes to Seroja, which moves from One to Two MICHELIN Stars.
Chef owner Kevin Wong opened Seroja in 2022 as a tribute to the Malay Archipelago, drawing on regional ingredients, spices and traditional techniques.
1887 by André and Seroja join Cloudstreet, Jaan by Kirk Westaway, Meta, Saint Pierre, Shoukouwa, Sushi Sakuta and Thevar in the two star category.
Six restaurants receive One MICHELIN Star for the first time this year.
Cherry Garden by Chef Fei at Mandarin Oriental Singapore is recognised for its Cantonese cuisine with Chaoshan influences, particularly its seafood dishes.
Jin Ting Wan, located at Marina Bay Sands, also receives its first star for chef Albert Li’s refined Cantonese cooking.
Loca Niru enters the guide with One MICHELIN Star for a tasting menu combining Japanese precision with French techniques.
Sushi Kimura + marks chef Tomoo Kimura’s return to Singapore with an intimate eight seat sushi counter.
Tenshima receives a star for its tempura omakase, featuring seasonal ingredients prepared piece by piece at the counter.
Yong Fu is promoted from MICHELIN Selected to One MICHELIN Star. The restaurant specialises in Ningbo cuisine and is the brand’s first international outlet.
