The MICHELIN Guide Singapore has announced its Bib Gourmand selection for 2026, with 10 new establishments joining the list.
There are now 97 Bib Gourmand establishments in Singapore, ranging from hawker stalls and casual eateries to full service restaurants.
For those who are still confused, a Bib Gourmand is not the same as a MICHELIN Star. It recognises places that serve good quality food at what MICHELIN considers reasonable prices.
A few of the names may already be familiar to serious hawker food followers, while others will probably see much longer queues after this announcement.
Here are the 10 new Bib Gourmand establishments for 2026:

Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon 文慶路鱼頭米粉
416 Bedok North Avenue 2 #01-53, Singapore 460416
Opening Hours: 10am – 10pm (Mon – Sun)
Hearty Fish Soup In Bedok North
Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon 文慶路鱼頭米粉 is not actually at Boon Keng, but at 416 Bedok North Avenue 2.
Apart from fish head, customers can also order versions with poached or fried fish slices.

Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette
Newton Food Centre #01-73, 500 Clemenceau Avenue North, Singapore 229495
Opening Hours: 5:30pm – 12am (Wed – Sat), Closed Sun – Tue
Oyster Omelette With Plump Oysters And Crispy Edges
Located at Newton Food Centre, Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette has reportedly been around for about 50 years.
The stall specialises in just one main dish, Fried Oyster Omelette, which is probably reassuring when you have had that many years to focus on getting it right.
Jia Xiang Mee Siam 佳香
Redhill Food Centre #01-35, 85 Redhill Lane, Singapore 150085
Opening Hours: 12pm – 6pm (Mon – Sun)
Redhill Mee Siam With Crispy Bits And House Made Chilli
Jia Xiang Mee Siam 佳香 is an easy stall to miss at Redhill Food Centre, with its faded signboard and laminated newspaper clippings at the front.
It is a no-frills, one woman operation that has been around for decades, with recipes passed down from the hawker’s mother.
King of Laksa
Food Gallery 118 #02-100, 118 Aljunied Avenue 2, Singapore 380118
Opening Hours: 11:30am – 8:30pm (Tue – Sun), Closed Mon
Lighter Laksa With Homemade Sambal At Aljunied
King Of Laksa serves a comparatively lighter take on Laksa, with a choice of prawns or blood cockles.
Low carbohydrate noodles are also available, though I suspect most Laksa lovers will still want the regular noodles.

Herbal Mee Sua, Kidney Soup And Tonic Dishes
Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup is also found at Kaki Bukit 511 Market & Food Centre.
The stall has been serving its Black Chicken Herbal Soup for more than 60 years. The broth is double boiled for at least two hours, giving it a pronounced herbal flavour.
Each portion is said to be large enough for two people. Its Pork Offal Noodles are another dish to look out for.

Xiangyee is the only new full service restaurant among the 10 additions.
The Hunan restaurant sources ingredients and condiments from its home province, using pickled chillies, dried bamboo shoots and smoked cured meats to create its distinctive flavours.
