[Bangkok] So cute! It is hard not to smile when a childhood character follows you into adulthood, especially when that character turns up on your tiramisu.
I am not a fan-fan, but I was curious enough to want to see how far the cuteness went.
Plus, it is not every day that a small white rabbit with dot eyes and an X-shaped mouth becomes the reason you head to Sathorn for brunch (near Saint Louis or Chong Nonsi BTS stations).
For anyone unfamiliar, Miffy is a small white rabbit created by Dutch artist Dick Bruna in 1955.
She began life in picture books for children and became a global character known for her simple lines, calm colours, and gentle personality.
I arrived through a courtyard lined with palms and pale stone, and the building itself looks more like a tidy European café.
The menu covers brunch, desserts, drinks, and a fuller dinner offering later in the day.
Dishes lean familiar and filling, with a mix of sweet and savoury options. You find favourites like Bacon Pancake (THB 230), Chipotle Chicken Toast (THB 275), Chicken & Waffle (THB 260), Mother Bunny’s Breakfast (THB 280), Miffy’s Full Breakfast (THB 450), and Croissant & Egg with Smoked Salmon (THB 490).
I ordered the Yuzu Coffee (THB 145), one of the café’s signature drinks.
It pairs black coffee with citrus notes, creating something sharper and lighter than a standard iced coffee. And of course, topped with a cute bunny ice ‘cube’.
Along one side of the café, there is a small merchandise area selling Miffy-branded items such as cups, bags, stationery, and plush toys.
If you are a Miffy fan, you will likely leave with more than you expected.
