[Bangkok] Love Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu, Choco Lava Bingsu, and Mango Sticky Rice Bingsu?

The next time you are in Bangkok and looking for a new dessert spot, you probably got to check out Cheevit Cheeva which originated from Chiang Mai.

This café is run by dessert wizards (just kidding) and popular for their killer Thai-style Bingsus.

Cheevit Cheeva: Bangkok’s Go-To Spot for Innovative Desserts

Since they opened in 2015, they have grown to a few branches strong.

You can find them all over the place – The Circle Ratchapruk, Siam Square One, Mega Bangna, Central Eastville, and good ol’ Chatuchak.

Cheevit Cheeva: Where Traditional Thai Desserts Meet Modern Delight

I swung by their spot in EmSphere GM floor recently.

This one’s the new kid in the EM District block, a fancy shopping mall with cool shops, top-notch nosh, and entertainment.

You will easily find it right by the Phrom Phong BTS station.

Indulge in the Unique Flavours of Thailand at Cheevit Cheeva

Though not exactly an endless choice of desserts, their menu covers a wide range of flavours.

They got plenty of options for bingsu, cakes, toasts, cold drinks, and coffees, you can have a different combination per day for an entire month.

Take your taste buds on a wild ride from classics like Thai Tea to bolder flavors such as Durian Sticky Rice or Salted Egg Yolk Bua Loi. Even how they look and plated is an exciting trip for your senses.

Discover the Secret Behind Cheevit Cheeva’s Famous Bingsu

The new EmSphere branch features a special menu exclusively available here, including Thai Tea Sang Ka-Ya & Shokupan Bingsu (THB 255) and slurpies.

I could not resist having the Thai Tea Sang Ka-Ya & Shokupan Bingsu. This is probably good for 2 to 3 friends to share.

The base consists of finely shaved ice infused with Thai tea, offering an aromatic foundation.

This is complemented by Sang Ka-Ya, a Thai custard that introduces a creamy sweetness, balancing the bold tea flavour.

Topping the dessert are pieces of Shokupan, or Japanese milk bread, which are lightly toasted.

While I was initially afraid this would be too sweet (I mean it was still sweet), would say this was manageable, capturing a balance between indulgence and refreshment.

If you want something exclusive to the mall, try the Cheddar Cheese Caramel Toast Bingsu (THB 255).

What? Unicorn Poop Lemonade?

This cheekily named lemonade (THB 105) is included with crunchy pink-coloured boba, which offers a fun textural contrast.

This lemonade is refreshing and also helps to cut through the richness of other desserts.
