The signature dish from Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang features fragrant coconut rice (infused with fresh undiluted coconut cream) paired with chicken leg marinated in traditional home-made taliwang red chilli and chilli padi sauce, spicy sambal, and a mix of side dishes.
