The Paramount Coffee Project got its name as it is built into the hallway of Paramount House, a gorgeous-industrial space showcasing different styles of quality coffee. Located in Surry Hills, it came into existence as an alliance between Australian third-wave coffee powerhouses – Russell Beard of Reuben Hills (Sydney) and Mark Dundon of Seven Seeds (Melbourne), and Jin Ng of Paramount House.
