The Michelin stars will be arriving to Taipei next week, but first… the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. The Bib Gourmand is awarded to restaurants and street stalls under a certain price range. There are 36 awardees, of which 10 are located in Taipei’s popular night markets. Some of the popular street food stalls included Fu Zhou Shi Zu Pepper Bun 福州世祖胡椒饼 at Raohe Night Market, and Liu Yu Zi from Ningxia Night Market 寧夏夜市 known for their handmade yam balls.
