It is heartening to see the Singapore society getting more inclusive, and I make it a point to help cover some of these hidden gems that go beyond to help others. There include: Five &2 which employs the marginalised and donates food to resource-poor families; New Rasa Singapura which employs staff with physical or mental impairment; Lina’s Café that promotes autism awareness; and Pope Jai Thai which hires staff with special needs.
