Ultraviolet conceived by Paul Pairet, the first restaurant in the world of its kind uniting food with multi-sensory technology, has retained its three stars. Even though an immersive dining experience there would set you back by RMB4000 (SGD800, USD584) minimally, seats are still highly converted and reservations are typically full-full.
