Here’s why the fuss: Naganuma Ice’s soft serve is raved for using 100% Hokkaido raw milk, and with queues in Japan and Taiwan that lasts for up to an hour. It is also the only softserve company from Hokkaido known to use 100% Hokkaido raw milk and Hokkaido ingredients. The soft serve and gelato shop has opened a kiosk concept store at Carlton City Hotel. Strange choice of a first location as that is the side that does not get much foot-traffic. Perhaps they are banking that diners from the Japanese restaurants across at Orchid Hotel would walk over......
