There are quite a couple of places selling “Lu Rou Fan” aka Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice in Singapore, but there is usually something missing in terms of taste. Eat 3 Bowls 呷三碗, a humble stall at Seah Imm Food Centre somehow managed to find that right balance, and attracted quite a good following over time. You do get the feeling of being in Taiwan when you eat their stuff.
