Artbox Singapore – Bangkok’s Container Market Coming To Singapore 14-16, 21-23 Apr

Hipsters would have heard about Artbox in Bangkok. It is a pop-up flea market where most of the stalls are housed in giant metal shipping containers, which attracts many youths and tourists to visit.

The good news is, after its stint at Chatuchak, it will come to Singapore. (Updated April 2017: Read Artbox Singapore – The FOOD You Can Expect This Long Weekend)

Location will be The Bayfront Event Space. It seems like the organisers behind the previous “Thaifantastic” is also behind Artbox Singapore.

Hope that they have learnt from previous experiences (lack of carparking spaces, lack of signages, not varied mix of stalls) and better the next time round. We all get better with experience, yah?

What is Artbox?
There are some 100 hipster food stalls, over 150 clothing and accessory stalls, and 70 stalls offering home decor, DIY and handmade products.

Artbox changes its location periodically. It is currently situated at Chatuchak Bangkok till 30th April 2017.
